Dr Rangan Chatterjee AKA Doctor In The House

I am sure many of you have heard of Dr Chatterjee, AKA Doctor In The House. If you haven’t, you’re in for a treat. Having practised for nearly 20 years in medicine, Dr Chatterjee has begun to take a very different and passionate way to treating his clients and helping others.

In essence, he believes everyone can feel better. He sees that ‘good health’ has been complicated and agrees that there is too much ‘bad’ information out there which makes it hard for the general public to see the wood through the trees.

Firstly, Dr Chatterjee has published The Four Pillar Plan. It is a simple, digestible guide to good health. Using his experience and cutting edge research, Chatterjee offers easy ways to improve your overall health based on his Four Pillars: Eat, Sleep, Relax, Move.  Just a few of the changes can make a big difference.

And secondly, Rangan has a fantastic podcast where he interviews a multitude of fascinating guests on a plethora of different, interesting topics. Some of my latest top ones are (and I haven’t managed to listen to them all yet so there will definitely be more!):
